Darrell Broussard, assistant police chief for the Cleveland, Texas, polic department, said Monday that the investigation into the incident "is continous," with more significant deveopments possible. My Opinion: Nowadays, more and more juvenils have misbehaviours. They should think about what are they doing, what are they duties. Also, 18 charged with rape of a girl is a inconceivable thing.
