A men got drunk after party animal. He was peeing into the trees beside bus stop. He seem unteadily took a seat and a bottle of vodka still in his pocket. some reason, they are parting and that guy that she was at bus stop to show "publicly displaying his chemical dependency". if they thought that party with " drink" or it is dancing all night to bad pop songs, not engaging in tow-day that results in jail time, It is more truthfull. Only party in short times. "it never like that all year round" let's not use the word " party" interchaneably with "abuse alcohol and/or drugs" anymore.
* My opinion:
I agree with author of the article. we shouldn't abuse alcohol for party so much. After a long party, we often see or heard bad news because people can't control by exhausted body. when anyone use word" party" so people think to drink. If we don't know how to limit for parties that results don't expect for us.
