It is clear that it you hit a potole is going to be your responsability and the result is going to be a flat tire. Nevertheless, the good news is that you have a fairy tales that may or may not pay for your flat tire after a century. As you know Chicago is in the midst of pothole season during February until winter time. The city is expected to see seventy percent of small claims filled for potholes but there isn't a guarantee that your claim will be approved.
Instead of whining like a baby. They should be glad that we didn't live in the 1830's without pavement roads with mud all over the place. We should be glad of all the progress, we made in the city, rather than complainning.
