5 Summary: The author bought a phone from AT&T, and AT&T sent him to answer a questionnaire. He explained in questionnaire that he didn't like the attitude of salesperson. Her name is Jen Johnson. When he entered to the AT&T store to buy phone, nobody wasn't interested with him. He chose one phone, and he got closer to salesperson, saying, "I want to buy that phone." Salesperson only cared of him in the selling progress. The author explained that why the the phone buying finished nicely because salesperson didn't beat him and she didn't reveal that she did't like him.
6. My opinion: The case, The author came up against can happen to anybody. When people go to stores to buy something, sales persons sometimes don't care of customer. I agree with the author that is not good attitude. The author complained about the salesperson was so cold manner. He desired to get more professional attention.
