5 Summary

Bayers teach the people to gain muscle for hokey playing . He says, amateur should focus on

their main muscles. 36 muscles in the midsection of human body must be strong to play hockey

properly. People don’t need so much muscles to play hockey. He said, People always think that

hockey player must have big muscles that isn’t true. People in the first year of hockey playing,

they always will feel sore on their whole body.

One of the hokey player Hedry takes off for three or four week before starting his training.

He lifts weight to regain his muscles because he lost some muscle in season. He prefer to work

out for his whole body.

6 My opinion

If some body want to play hockey who will need to workout constantly. Having big muscles are

not necessary. Being fast more important than having big muscles. Hockey player usually don’t

work out in their season because playing games are enough for them but, after season finishes

they start work out again to regain their muscles.
