4. Title of the article : Ride Reversal
5. A summary of the article : It's the end of free ride for most senior citizens on Chicago-area buses and trains. Gov. Quinn signed legislation Monday limiting free rides on the CTA, Metra and Pace to low-income seniors age 65 or older. Under the new law, only seniors who qualify for the Illinois Department on Aging's Circuit Breaker program will be eligible for the free rides.
6. Your opinion about the article : It is good news for citizen. However only for low-income seniors age 65 or older. I didn't know that because South Korea already have free ride for all senior age 65 or older citizens so senior age 65 or older citizens show their ID in subway or bus. Many kinds of program and transition give special treatment for them in Korea. I hope America also makes many kinds of special treatment for seniors age 65 or older citizen.
I agree with you. It is good news. I hope this program is not last one, and I hope there will be many other good program like this one for seniors.
